I had one impact 2m low at 480m, and the occasional weird flyer at 100. The rifle would shoot 16-20mm for 5 shots, then toss one out anywhere up to 80mm away. Reading online this has been a problem...

That would probably fall under the same rules as the Military and Police where no license required for firearms stuff while on duty. All of this stuff is VERY similar to what I see on the UK...
