    I find the best use of a 3 shot group is to identify loads during development that aren't any good. Tight 3 shot groups may ( probably will) expand when turned into statistically useful 10 shot...

    Photos of the process. The first photo is the pad sunk into a bed of plaster so it could be held while the hard backing plate was rebated with a router to fit inside the stock cavity.

    I've got the Zeiss equivalent on my .22 - fantastic in the evenings for picking rabbits out of the background. Also marked West Germany..... didn't like the neighbours much, it seems.

    I use a target like an upside down capital T for zeroing iron sights - it works better for me than round targets, squares or the like. It also works well with post reticle scopes. 188464
