Fact is, A-category security is only intended to defeat opportunistic thieves and prevent children accessing firearms. A little bit of discretion regarding shooting pursuits is probably far more...

6.5 Grendal would have the legs - but I really liked how the 308 pills were available for hunting and gave great knockdown as a short distance rifle - especially for the bush. Everything in life is a...

Just been looking at some (left handed) CZ stocks on a NZ site gimp mentioned. I have one on my T3 7mmRM and do like it. Boyds Gunstocks – The Gun Rack (http://www.gunrack.co.nz/boyds-gunstocks/)

Basically I like it because it turns a normal size AR15, into a viable deer hunting rifle out to 300m or so, covering basically 100% of the deer hunting I do. The ballistic effeciency of the 123gr...

still too early on to comment on mine but I think the reality is that the Grendel is very efficient and effective for a mini bolt action or AR15. Grendel will not replace all 6.5, 7 mm and heavy 30...

If its been fired 10-15 times its toast, tight primer pockets or not, bin it, its not worth the hassle, its done its work, needs retiring & owes you nothing. Some brass will last longer than...

Yeah they pack a fair punch for a small cartridge I will stick to 100gn bullets as I have the 260 to push 120's for the bigger stuff but a 123gn a-max at arround 2750 with a good handload would...

Yep, I agree. Will make a great intermediate gun and the Howa is off the shelf. There's a small choice of factory ammo, Hornady do a couple of different 123gr, the Amax & SST. If you do go with...

Hey Mate, good question. I had no desire to return to a centre fire rifle, my love ( total loathing ) for reloading just killed the .223 varmint experience for me. I am totally in love with my...

It was a cockup by the reamer maker, was supposed to be 224-204 so they made 244-204 & I never picked it up....:o It has a 1-10 twist so I'm not sure how they would go, I have only shot the 75-87s...

If you are going to that amount of trouble the 204 ruger is a much better parent case than the 223  I even have a 244-204 Ruger reamer :) One I built was going over 3k with the 87 SP...

I'm leaning towards a trueflite match barrel chambered in 22-250 with a 1 in 9 twist and pillar bedding action into my boyds stock. 😁 Sent from my SM-A510Y using Tapatalk
