   Drop a match stick into each case before seating bullet, if there's powder in the case you can pull it out again, if case is empty the stick drops all the way in.

    For a 223 just put a 3-9 or 2-10 on it. Should be fine out to 200m without dialing.

    For a 223 just put a 3-9 or 2-10 on it. Should be fine out to 200m without dialing.
