    I just brought a pair today at Wrightsons. $23. They are only around 7-8mm high in the heel and don't feel as squishy as I expected but heaps softer than the genuine Lowa ones.

    My last job was in an aerosol manufacturing plant. If heating any type of can or canister don't go above 60'C.
