Biography:
Grew up in a place called Te Whetu which is a town that no longer exists. The hills are getting steeper but I can still get up them. Until ten years ago I farmed red deer and was fortunate enough to have fallow over my back fenceline. I mostly hunted down the back of Minginui where the deer had a better chance of getting away with their skin intact.

    Yes I have on a thick piece of scotch fillet at a restaurant in Helensville. Love the taste of blue cheese and can never have enough pepper on anything so was in heaven.
