    If I owned a farm with a UPR I would have signs up, clearly mark the route and try to work with people to avoid crap. Yes you are trying to make a living....BUT you have a "legal" paper road running...

    It doesn't need to be pointed out by a lawyer. If somebody is to purchase land that has a paper road then it works like this, essentially the purchaser is purchasing not 1 but 2 parcels of land!...

    Animals are driven by food. Pressure is a deterrent and it can be used to concentrate them for various management options. Access ( eg for shooters) will create pressure by ocking access to food...

    While we work on things like access, we'd have a better supporting argument if we shot more hinds (or nannies) in the places we CAN access easily or are going already.

    Stop waiting for stuff to give you phone numbers or hand out written invitations for access. Door knocking has always been irked for me in the past. Doc land is crawling with deer also. Shoot them....
