Bugger. If you don't hear back from them soon the complaint section will probably help. Winter could be a good time to get out there. Less people about and if you have warm dry gear should be ok.

As long as there's enough air flow and nothing dripping onto it then it'll be fine. You'll just have to drain the plate or dish it's in and maybe rinse it with a bit a damp cloth and vinegar to kill...
