Biography:
Born in Northern Ireland. Moved to NZ in 2005. Been hunting since I was big enough to follow my Dad. Shot mostly gamebirds, foxes and bunnies in UK. Mad keen fly angler which brought me to NZ. Got back into hunting here after a boys weekend in 2010
Married with 2 kids, both grown up. My wife's pretty good at letting me out but usually other stuff takes up the weekends.

    Hare backstraps casserole, going into a pie tomorrow night. soaked them overnight in 1L of water with 2 tsps salt. Rinsed and soaked all day in fresh water. Seared off in hot dutch oven melted...
