Biography:
Born in Northern Ireland. Moved to NZ in 2005. Been hunting since I was big enough to follow my Dad. Shot mostly gamebirds, foxes and bunnies in UK. Mad keen fly angler which brought me to NZ. Got back into hunting here after a boys weekend in 2010
Married with 2 kids, both grown up. My wife's pretty good at letting me out but usually other stuff takes up the weekends.

    My remmie 700 in 243 didn't like them but I'm using nosler 55gr BTs in it instead and she loves them. 44.7 gr of AR2208. Comes out at 3690fps. this is a 5rd group at 100m 43636

    Grew up doing that every winter. No8s in the 12g and Grouse, our spaniel flushing them. Woodcock and Snipe, maybe the odd pheasant.

    Only two bunnies last night on the farm. Windy as on the banks peninsula, but got the ginger barstewart that has eluded the cocky's missus as its eaten her asparagus and cabbages in the kitchen...
