Yep i concur, the climb is steep and theres plenty of supple jack around. Last time i was there saw a 6 point stag bolt into the bush from about half way up the climb. Plenty of sign in there plenty...

up the road a few minutes, opawe road, get to end, walk paddocks,(if the bastards still let you) quite a way, get to bush edge, bush on the left reasonably flat, scattered big podocarps rimus etc.....
