    Take it to an engineering shop and get them to mill it out. A 6mm cutter plunged in would do it easy. Will be far more tidy than grinding it out.

    Thanks guys. Must be the local AO interpretation of the law then. Been a E-cat holder since day one so it was a new one for me. Hell of a good way to loose all my bolts too.
