I have found the best trick for hunting in the Kaimais is to take a dog, let the dog hunt. Take credit for all the work the dog did :)

I hunted it on and off for about 20 years so a few hours in there :), but yes 20m might be being generous. I think it depends a lot on where you go. The regen stuff is pretty nasty, but there are...

This time of year if it rains i go for a hunt, less snap crackle and pop when everythings wet. For me rain in summer is a reason to go hunting, not a reason to head home. For close bush hunting a...

Thought I'd do a wee review of sorts since I have managed to put this kit together and have had it running a bit to test. I have mixed feelings about the development of communications for the...

Man, I feel bad if I can't find all my brass or if the wind blows something away. Then you have dudes leaving a whole ass department store in the woods with no shame.

And to get back to Tahr's original post, one of my previous pointers tracked a deer I wounded (shot it in the bum was facing away from me and pulled the shot, total cockup). Ran away, missed my...

Bella did a neat thing yesterday. I fluffed a standing shot at 100 yards and hit a fallow spiker through the third rib. The sound and sight picture gave me a sinking feeling. It was in quite thick...
