i have a genuine one, its been used allot and has pulled me out of a few scrapes. i wouldnt bother with cheap rubbish as they will fail on you in times of need. save your $$ and get a reputable brand

I guess one thing in the back of my mind is what someone else mentioned...warranty. If the barrel is a dud, I guess it can't be returned after it has been threaded. Do I need to worry about this?
