    Jeez this could go on forever! But hey I'm here now so....... 7mm PRC. Less recoil than the 30 cal variants, accurate, with good factory ammo available. The 6.5's will get you where you want...

    Yea the reason for parting with the 270 is that its an older rifle that isn't quite as accurate as I want. I figure if I am buying a new rifle then it's a good time to change calibre and future proof...
