   I always cut off any fat and toss it to the dogs before mincing. I ran though about 50 kgs a couple of weeks ago and cut off around 3 or 4 kgs of fat.

   Watch out if using an air pistol. Tried it once about sixty years ago, pellet ricocheted off the possum's head and got my mate in the ear lobe. Never tried again.
