   New Years Day we went up to the Rangitotos in the morning cos it was flat calm, so missed the whales. Fished the pass in the evening and got a couple of rats and a head... we were trying to winch...

   Good stuff Gimp. Surpised we didn't see you. Did you see the whales there new years day? Max drag and winch them straight up is the only way to beat the sharks.... could be a bit more difficult...
