I would (and do) use the 150s, any 10 twist barrel will stabilise them just fine, 140s are a funny thing in the 270, they dont have the speed of a 130 and dont have the thump of a 150, some might say...

Some suppressors you may be able to do that with but ours your cant. Most brand suppressors I have ever delt with require a shoulder behind the thread.

More elevation correction available on 30mm as mentioned and usually heavier too. Sometimes a larger/wider eyebox view as well with 30mm. No advantage over a 1" for light gathering.
