That'll be the 'Q' in QRF. It's the pedal on the right. Do you have a timeline of when they were requested, and when they arrived? They don't go anywhere in smaller groups than that. Nope....

Nothing illegal about involving the NZDF. There's clear rules about who is in charge, and for any form of civil unrest, it's the police. No one kicks up a stink if the NZDF assists during disaster...
