    Mine are just two separate dry bags. If I put them in the pack I put one down each side so they don’t rub agains each other. On the outside they are side by side, but the straps on the pack stop them...

    For my Blaser I got Twin Needle to make up two dry bags for my rifle. I either strap to the side of the pack or slip it in the pack. It has looked after it fine. Doesn’t have any padding.

    Pretty sure the lead ban is only for shooting waterfowl gamebirds, unless there is a local bylaw. From memory you can hunt quail and pheasants along riverbeds with lead shot.
