    We don’t actually have any rules about what rifle is a big bore. A 44 mag would fit right in, especially if open sight.

    Shooter allows you to get a table with a 3” high zero at 100yds. You just put in the zero range as 100yds and then say the vertical offset is +3”.

    NZ Fibreglass is a good source of carbon fibre. I used 200gsm plain weave. You need about 1 m for a stock if you do 4 layers of carbon fibre.
