    Nope not free go. Need to get in touch with DoC they give the landowner a time to get them removed. Quite a process to go through. The animals still belong to the farmer.

    Be aware that any firearms parts, including stocks, if over US$100 needs an export permit. Don't get your mate in trouble trying to save a few bucks.

    Yep got one. A much modified 7 SAUM. I figured I'd see how light I could get it. Fluted everything, lightweight firing pin, carbon fibre stock of course. Got the bare rifle weight down to 5lb 3 oz....
