Just shoot a standard .260 but you don't need a 26" barrel to get the speeds you are after. Sent from my CPH1903 using Tapatalk

That is farking slow im getting 2750 with 139 sst with 2206h. With sauer 100 7mm08 with a 16inch barrel 43gn rem brass Are you getting pressure?

I use cfe223 in 308 and 8 x 57. I use 2208 in 708 and 350RM. I could use either/or for all but the loads are set and I can't be bothered changing. Like both these powders

2206h or 2208. 2208 gives a bit more speed with the 165+. Cfe223 gives a bit more speed again and is what I use in 308 and 8x57.

The 150gr SGK's will work great mate, if a rifle won't shoot them well, it wont shoot anything! And their terminal performance is great too. I've used them as a mag fir load over the years in my 7mm...

Nice if dual loads work out with reasonable POI change. 140s be better than 120s. I used 160gr speer btsp in 284 and using the same in 7RM. Also using the vari max..like it a lot
