Well done Tahr. We were down that way ourselves last week; shot a few Wallaby and some Fallow. Tracks gettin pretty greasy so got the chains out to get around but always good fun, and pretty easy...

the tail makes an oxtail stew to beat all the steaks are fine,but bland.... season well and they great its a very lean dark meat. worms are in the gut bag...dont gut shoot and you wont see them...
