seems fairly consistent with the "no fishing from boats" thing, "keep the bulk of the idiots avoiding each other" if possible and minimize people moving about" AKA "stay at home if possible".

I tried .257 accubonds (in nor-west 's 250-3000) and found them too hard also, they passed right through Tahr and notably a big red stag shot in the shoulder. Might be OK if you get them really...
