   Mine is 22" but only 1:9 twist so runs 75 ELDMs. 38.0 gn AR2208 gives 3220 fps and fantastic accuracy (particularly considering its a factory 223 barrel rechambered).

   The John Barness (Muledeer on most forums) load of 46.0 of H4895 with 155s had worked for me in a couple of range rifles. It is over book max so work up carefully.
