Just like prostitution, quasi legal but not what I'd like my country to be known for. I've written to Alpine, I seldom fly but will never give them any consideration in the future.

Puffin liked post by Tentman On thread : QuickLOAD parameters for H4350
I've pondered on this a bit and it must be batch variation as the powder is "the same". The basis of Quickload is actual testing of the powders and the output data always "offers" consideration of a...

Hmmm - I rechecked and you are correct, there was an initial diagram that I think I got from Accurate Shooter that showed it as .480 rim but for my own "update" I downloaded a new cartridge diagram...

Beaker liked post by Tentman On thread : Wood Splitting
Yeah I've tried the current splitter off the digger and it runs it fine, but its too big to fling about, and half the battle with a splitter is not having to handle the rings more than once

Thanks for the info guys, much appreciated. Some time ago I scored a 10/22 with two mags on Tardme for $280, BUT I gave it to a guy just getting started hunting and he loves it to bits. I went and...

Some time ago I ran though this on Quickload with Nor-west, I think he used a Remmy action - its an interesting cartridge with usable H2O capacity of just under 65gns (284 has about 55 and 7x64 60,...

Hmmm - seems I've not been thinking enough - and not familiar enough with semi-auto rifles and their "procedures". With the semi (providing it has a bolt "hold open") all the shooter has to do to...

Depends where you are, a handheld will pick up a repeater in most popular places but an aerial up a mast with more power is going to get you a lot further in places like Fiordland or Stewart Is. Its...

Hello all My barrel is 24". I did a wee comparison on Quickload for Norwest that's relevant here . . . with the 7mm Saum at Rem 7 mag length and using 150gn projectiles you have 64.2 grains H2O...
