Why not just take the high point off the plunger with a file or some sandpaper? May save a few hassles with time on a replacement etc. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk

Is it close to anything like a 12v/18v battery. Were you using it in a room with fluoro lights. Have you zeroed it with the test weight.
