When the OP queried use in a "fully suppressed" 10-22, I assumed they meant one with a perforated barrel/full length suppressor. Clearly not by the replies. My fully suppressed one happily...

They are great. Very easy to get a good load for. Inherently accurate (must be the case design). All the grunt you would ever need. Just personally I would have one before a 7mm rem mag (big bitch of...

I was using my 7mm rem mag for about the first 10 deer I shot and my furtherest shot was 490 meters. I have shot over 20 deer with my 223, shoulder shots, neck shots and head shots with the...

Very sad. This is the first time I can remember that Police have issued a clear statement as to the circumstances. It prevents most of the bullshit speculation/embellishment that often goes on after...

I think the purpose of the OP was to ask is the 22mag capable of taking a small group of goats at a reasonable range, not is the 22mag the ideal goat cartridge. The answer is "yes", if done within...

Once again it all boils down to shot placement and using a cartridge within its (and your) limits. You can make them scream using a 223rem too.

Much easier to hit the right spot at 100m than 800 though.
