    I'm pretty sure you could deal to problem pheasants with a special out of season destruction order like they do on parries, but you get alocated a certain amount to destroy and they cant be taken...

    You can't get a much more protected market than the thermal imaging market... restricted entry and export, minimal number of producers. The technology is no longer new, particularly at the levels...
