Probably will at longer ranges. But the 55's do work pretty well. I used to use 55 Gamekings before I became enamoured with the heavies and they worked pretty well. With the heavies I never hesitate...

So. Been goat shooting over last two days. Thought I’d try a few more of these 73 ELDM’s out. Admittedly longest shots were 268 &273 metres, most were 150 or less. Of the 31 goats and 3 pigs shot, 10...

I buy from Spuhr directly. There is no import permit for the scope rings and the shipping is reasonable.

It has been ages since I took the 223 out for a deer. This was a nice fallow spiker shot top of the neck at 290m with the Belmont 77gr lapua load. I had warmed up on a few peacocks and goats just...

A timely thread. Been watching reviews on these for the last week and for the first time, feel like it’s a chronograph that’s actually worth spending money on. Have to give kudos to Garmin for, right...

Saw a back to back of one with a labradar. Was inside 5-10fps measured every shot. Seems like it's a much better trigger/tracking system also

Joy Crump usually does the permits at Renwick DOC. No direct number sorry, they stopped answering phone a while ago. 03 5729100 goes to Nelson and they either do permit or put you through to Renwick.
