    Just got back from fishing Beatrix Bay with dad-in-law and his nephew. It's fishing really well, we caught loads of good gurnard, a lot of blue cod (which all had to be returned, much to the delight...

    But if you've punished yourself too much with the recoil at the range you'll probably flinch and miss the deer anyway. Especially if you're a new shooter and haven't learnt to deal with the recoil...
