   Sounds like the fuel shut solenoid is sticking for the running on problem. Check the fuel primer on the filter, if you prime it up firm and it starts first pop you may have a leaking diaphragm...

    Apparently its an insert that fits inside the 8x56r clips to allow the 7.92x57 round to be used in the Yugoslav M95M conversions. They go for good $$$ on ebay.
