Get the chamber/bolt checked with a GO gauge. I don't use small base dies and have never had an issue. What brand is the gun (or the BCG and barrel if it's a parts gun)?

does it do it with the suppressor off ? .... supprsors can up the speed of the extraction , if the case is still in expansion then it wont be able to be extracted easily .... try a couple of mags...

Agree, no doubt this cabinet will be a lot better than a wooden safe or a locked wardrobe. I would just hate to put all the time and effort into building this and have to Police decide all safes must...

I used 10mm 'screw bolts' into a 10mm hole. Better in every way from a dyna bolt, if the inspector whinges I'll just bring up the KN ratings which are higher than dyna bolts.
