   Probably the most versatile 270 I've had (and I've had one or two) would have been 19" T3, it was nice to point and carry with dpt on it and could still poke 150 LRABs out at 2850 which puts the hurt...

   If you want to do it yourself use grinding paste on a felt bob with it in a drill press as Husky said. It is a bit of a long winded process but can be rewarding if you want to add a personal touch....

    your ceracoat is a paint type job..the jeweling is machine marks....either way wont matter,if painting/spraying the areas not wanted done get masked off... its cosmetic at end of day...
