    196681196682 That's what I ended up rangiing up. Works ok for meat and fish frames but I think mussel shell would give the blade and plate a pretty hard time.

    Looks like one of the trays out of a bain marie . As above put on some heat source. Make sure the lid leaks lots. The smoke has to be able to get out or it will be bloody bitter.
