1/ never full load the magazine. 3 rounds in a 5 shot mag. 2/ never sling-carry a rifle. 3/ knife always on left side, plb on right 4/ One bullet always in my right pocket. Dont ask me why.

I've had a number of pairs of Scarpas and really rate them but all feet are different. Best thing to do is try on as many pairs as you can and see what fits best.

That's the great thing about the .308 - plenty of bullet choices for reloading.

Unless of course you have circumcised the most versatile caliber in the world and then in which case I would recommend the lighter tipped frangible projectiles.

For reloading 165 sierra spbt or hpbt are epic or the 168eldm. Mate runs the eldms @2600 out of his 18" 308 and it kills well from right up close out to 570. I ran the 165 hpbts and mate used it on...

Have used 308 fairly extensively, less than 350y soft point cup and core projectiles like the interloc and game king in 150gr-180gr work very very well. In tipped frangible projectiles like the...

I'm buying an as new Howa Lightweight 308 tomorrow. I haven't had a 308 for about 20-years! When I did I worked out that the 165gr (I think I used a Nosler Partition?) was the most suited for a...

Sales staff, especially those who work for two well known retail chains. As a certain bloke once said, they chime like cuckoo clocks, "optilocks, optilocks".

Not the Talley lightweights as far as I know. Leupold make a good steel Sako ring mount in three heights in 1" and two in 30mm.

130405 I liked the light weight and toughness of the svord... But it was clunky, the handle was bigger than needed, and the top wasn't that usable for me... So reshaped the tip, thinned down the...

Yep, always done it. And likewise, works sometimes. A lot of things have to be correct/true before seating projectile ie neck runout, consistant beck wall thickness. Don't then expect your seating...
