UN Agenda 21, amongst other things, promotes the disarmament of civilians, a theme that will become more and more obvious over the next few years.

My pick so far would be southernman with the 9.3x74 double. probably not ideal length and a bit up market for a bush gun but no one else would have one. Power wise would that be up around 375...

You can get sh+t lodged in the extrator groove in the bolt face that stops the claw from clipping over the case rim. Give it a good clean with a tooth brush and solvent.

All looks good, although the drill was 30" long I could only drill in 22", the oil and chip catcher stops going in farther. The drilled hole was .501" at the start and .4999" at the finished end, a...

Now here`s something you don`t see very often, I had to have a go at rifling a home made barrel on my lathe with my new teko sine bar setup. Ok, yes I had to drill the hole, consider it done, bore...

Hi all, Had a rethink on my barrel rifling setup as I could only cut rifle a left hand twist, so using the sine bar method I can now get a twist from 1-18 to 1-70" and right hand!!. I had a meter of...

Try and find a Valmet .243/.308. I would say an AR in xyz calibre, but it might not be to your taste or outside the budget.

Hi flyblown, I don't have experience in those calibre's but I do in a couple of those models. I had an excellent Rem 7600 pump in 308. I liked it alot as it shot very well and once you learnt to...

Sounds like a dreamy hunting block you're on. BLR in 308 would be plenty though the 358 would be cool. They seem reasonably priced these days

BLR in 308, shot lots with one. accurate as hell until you shoot the whole mag rapidly and heat up that slender barrel. miss that gun
