The Lee Loaders make surprisingly accurate ammo. Cheapest way to reload. Either use the powder scoop or buy a set of scales.

Done it multiple times with several different reputable gunsmiths. Always problems. Never really does anything much better than a factory rifle in the real world. Buy something factory and go shoot...
