Biography:
Long since given up hunting - too decrepit now.
Shot lots of deer, pigs, tahr, goats (lost count after around 1000), rabbits, possums, wild cattle.
Target shooter now mainly F Class.
Location:
Waikato
Interests:
Rifles old and new, reloading, computers, playing on my lathe, farming alpacas.
Occupation:
Not working, in constant leisure mode.

    Had a Chargemaster for ~ 20 years now. Scales section of it shit itself 8 years ago. Non repairable item (like them all) so had to stump up for new scales. Cost me the same as I paid for the whole CM...

    I'd be very careful changing the shape of the firing pin. Unless you know what you are doing you could end up with a little mess. If you really really know what you are doing you can dress the tip so...

    Have soaked primers in water overnight and tried them next morning. You would be surprised how "healthy" they still are. May not be typical of all brands. Light oil is supposedly the primer killer....
