Biography:
Long since given up hunting - too decrepit now.
Shot lots of deer, pigs, tahr, goats (lost count after around 1000), rabbits, possums, wild cattle.
Target shooter now mainly F Class.
Location:
Waikato
Interests:
Rifles old and new, reloading, computers, playing on my lathe, farming alpacas.
Occupation:
Not working, in constant leisure mode.

    First 2 ever still with me. 1965 and 1967. £14 IIRC for the 1st £59 17/6 for the 1967 one. Same year I think we went dec currency. I was earning £10 a week.

    Yep, read that article a couple of years ago. +1 for Marine Tex. Not sure where you buy it nowadays in small quatities. Got mine from DED but some marine outfits sell it but in larger tins. 225811

    I always wonder how a owner knows their rifle shoots better than they do. Does the rifle wander off and fire a few groups on its own? Are their skills so terrible or did a more skilled mate shoot...
