Biography:
Long since given up hunting - too decrepit now.
Shot lots of deer, pigs, tahr, goats (lost count after around 1000), rabbits, possums, wild cattle.
Target shooter now mainly F Class.
Location:
Waikato
Interests:
Rifles old and new, reloading, computers, playing on my lathe, farming alpacas.
Occupation:
Not working, in constant leisure mode.

    Generally not but I wouldn't swear on the bible with that. If the sear fails to engage at all the firing pin is "lowered" albeit quickly, by the cam and shouldn't hit the primer with sufficient force...

    Same experience. Have a fortune tied up in a K&M. Only have one chambering that I will neck turn again for and that's when I next replace the brass for it. It's a super tight neck, another situation...
