Hard? Or impossible? Im still waiting for a reply from them.
Thanks for that info!
I have a Krico bolt action and a Krico semi auto.22lr and both are exceptionally accurate and not too fussy when it comes to ammo selection. 10 out of 10, would recommend.
Last time i was up there in my 4x4 (only 7 feet tall and usually hauls rubbish out, not in) was early July last year. Didnt see anything other that Thar on them thar hills. Have seen deer on the...
My apologies to DOC then. I recall i was told it was Ecan by the farmer aswell. Ooops. Sorry if i misled anyone
Yup. Really. Did you not know that?
Dont know how you got into murdering furry woodland creatures but for me it started recently, and with a recurve bow. So glad to have learnt it in a controlled...
Are there any deer there, whats a ferry crossing cost these days???:D
Every trip out, is time not spent on the couch, and every trip out, I hope i learn something. But, i sure still have a bit to learn!
I was learning about getting close to animals, and getting fitter, on a farm near Little River when DOC up and mustered all the feral goats. It certainly helps practicing on goats. After maiming one,...

Or do you mean someone is going to lure me into the bush and have their wicked way with me???
I have la sportiva entry level boots
Maybe they are responsible for the rubbish...

Yeah. Also doesnt help when 2 ATVs come driving up the river as happened in august.
My dog would beg to disagree with you there. In the dogs defense, i thinks she knew my partner was somewhere ahead of us, who had most likely also walked past the deer.
So you learn...
I will happily take you up on that offer!
Thank you!
Thank you very much for the advice. I like finding a spot overlooking a river flat but as yet not had any luck seeing any deer that way. When going through the bush, i clearly dont go slow enough!
Not so much on this outing no. But i have seen fresh sign in that area before. Saw two deer further upstream last year this time. The dog had trotted past them and they bolted before i could shoulder...
Yeah I need to work on that... :D
The farther in you go, the less rubbish there is, no question about it. But id prefer if there was no rubbish at all. Especially seeing as that area is visited almost exclusively by hunters.
