    Rolled pork head rost WITH PHOTOS!! :D

    I am a huge fan of pigs head, it's cheap, moist and delicious so today i'm sharing my favourite way to prepare one.

    Ingredients

    1 pigs head half
    2 bay leaves
    Salt & pepper
    Dijon mustard...
