    I've only ever had one barrel that has shot 55gr...

    I've only ever had one barrel that has shot 55gr Hornady's well. I don't know if it is because the ogive angle is too aggressive or what. Found the Nosler soft points to have more consistent weights...

    I've got a CMMG barrel that shoots nicely. Try the 55gr Nosler soft points gunworks sells. I have found they are easy to get shooting out of most AR's

    Most people would assume that a manufacturer has...

    Most people would assume that a manufacturer has torqued a barrel nut on properly, but in reality it would surprise you how many are only on hand tight, or worse, way over torqued.

    If you don't have any joy send it back to Ken and it will get sorted, don't worry about warranty issues. If you are going to rebarrel I would recommend a Faxon gunner
