I too miss the sound of my Suzi GT500 ram air with aftermarket expansion chambers. Lost a good 30kgs of unneccessary heavy silencers, and woke her up sufficiently so that my Olds could hear me coming...

I use a 2 stroke two wheeler to get into an AWFUL lot of places. Ridden sensibly, and with 45 years on 2 wheels behind me I can say that it all depends on how you ride as to how much damage is done....
