Slow day out of Ohiwa harbor. The bar was a bit lumpy with more wind blowing than forecast but we push out as there's little swell and wind was forecast to drop, which it did.

Plenty of Kahawai...

Gibo what do you do to salt the tuatuas, found a patch down Ohope but they are pretty small. Should be ok for bait.

Probably also worth fishing over the bed on an incoming to high tide

If it was me for an offroad trailer I would go with steel framing. Steel preforms better in cyclical loading and long term fatigue life, less prone to cracking.

I do have 3 x-bars on the ute, last one on the rear of the FG canopy isn't clear in the photo.

Done a few trips in Altra Lone peaks, 3 day trips, loaded pack multiple river crossings. They are a wide fit, zero drop large tow box, ok cushioning and grip. Great shoe for 90% of NI bush hunting....

witchcraft the molesworth/Acheron rd doesn't allow vehicles over 7m or towing caravans, however we did pass stock truck and trailer unit and i think the road is fine to tow on.
