Not sure mate. Mine is a blank barrel with not serial number on it. A chambered and threaded barrel have a serial number so that might be different.

Amanda at Gunworks said to me you need a permit to courier a barrel. The rifling make it a gun part and it not a triggering event. I drop the application at Local Police at 11 am this morning....

Aramex said no you do need one. So if you do is that no a triggering even or not? All very confusing.
Got-ya. If buying from a shop, stocks need a permit if it need to be couriered. Atleast that what the shop told me as they not allowing pick ups.
