Thought so ;) Nah easy to fix bro, my ones used to do it, mainly on compressed loads.
Take stem, put in drill, roll up some wet and dry and give the inside contact edge a good skim. Mine havnt done...

What seating doe are you using? Looks like a decent ring pressed into the pill? Not that it matters aye
