    Best scope rail I have found is Weaver TO-10...

    Best scope rail I have found is Weaver TO-10 intended for Winchester 9422 lever action.

    It is very low profile and converts 3/8 dovetail to standard Weaver.

    As the Baikal is has a 11mm dovetail...
